AC Operation – Apply Power
Do these steps (Figure 3-7):
1. Plug the provided AC power cord female end into the modem.
2. Plug the AC power cord male end into the user-supplied power source.
3. Switch the unit ON.

AC Operation – Replace the Fuses
Do these steps (Figure 3-8):
WARNING! DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE PROCEEDING!
1. Unseat the fuse holder from the IEC power module:
•
Use the slot to pry the holder outward from the module.
•
Pull the holder straight out, and then swing the holder away from the module.
2. Remove and replace the 3.15A 5mm x 20mm Slo-Blo fuses as needed for 115V AC operation.
CAUTION – FOR CONTINUED OPERATOR SAFETY, ALWAYS REPLACE THE FUSES
WITH THE CORRECT TYPE AND RATING.
3. Reseat the fuse holder in the IEC power module.
