Important Considerations
If the probability of losing configuration messages is high, shorten the
time to make the protocol more robust.
If the probability of losing configuration messages is low, lengthen the
time to lower the overhead of the algorithm.
The recommended Hello time is 2 seconds.
Although the possible range for stpHelloTime is 1 – 10, the available
range is constrained by the following inequality:
stpMaxAge >= 2 x (stpHelloTime + 1 second)
