D When grounding a noise filter inside a unit, connect the noise filter ground wire and the
ground wires for other devices inside the unit to the ground plate of the unit first, and then
ground these wires.

The SERVOPACK is connected directly to a commercial power supply (200 V). To protect the
power supply line from the ground fault or a contact, and to protect the system from fire, always
use an appropriate molded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) or fuse for each SERVOPACK (see
table 5.4). A fast-operating fuse cannot be used because the SERVOPACK power supply is a ca-
pacitor input type, and a fast-operating fuses may blow out when power is turned ON.
