12.2 Troubleshooting
Remedy
Reset the encoder type
Replace the encoder.
Replace the SERVOPACK.
Turn power back ON.
Follow the absolute encoder
setup procedures.
Check and correct absolute
encoder wiring.
Replace SERVOPACK.
Set the correct setting and
review the exact setting order.
Transfer the CONNECT com-
mand.
Transfer the CONNECT or
SENS−ON command.
Turn ON the main power sup-
ply. (Check the sequence.)
Establish a sync by CON-
NECT command (normal,
synchronum) or the SYNC−
SET command.
Reduce SERVOPACK ambient
temperature to under 55°C.
Follow the mounting proce-
dures and stipulation for sur-
rounding space.
Replace SERVOPACK.
Reduce the load.
Replace SERVOPACK.
Update the WDT data at each
communication cycle.
Correct the connector wiring.
Take action to eliminate noise.
Replace SERVOPACK.
