Cause
The following power supplied to the
absolute encoder all failed:
S +5 V power supply
S Battery
S Internal capacitor

Absolute encoder memory check er-
ror occurred.

Battery not connected.
Battery connection defective.
Battery voltage is lower than about
3.3 V.
Control board (1PWB) defective
Absolute encoder malfunctioned.
Control board (1PWB) defective.
Absolute encoder turned ON at the
motor speed exceeding 400 r/min.
Control board (1PWB) defective.
Servomotor wiring incorrect or
disconnected.
Encoder wiring incorrect or
