Inspect and check the following items when performing trial operation, and be sure to conduct trial
operation safely.
Inspect the following items before conducting trial operation. Also conduct the inspections ac-
cording to Chapter 12 " Maintenance and Inspection" if conducting trial operation on Servo-
motors that have been stored for a long period of time.
D Connection to machines or devices, wiring and grounding are correct.
D Are bolts and nuts securely tightened?
D Is the oil seal undamaged and oiled?
Take appropriate action immediately if one of the items above is incorrect.
Inspect the following items before conducting trial operation.
D User constants are properly set for the applicable Servomotor and specifications
D Terminal connections and wiring leads are tightened securely and connectors are inserted
securely.
D The power supply turns OFF if servo alarm occurs.
D Voltage supplied to the SERVOPACK is 200 to 230 V
(When using a power supply that is not 200 V, a transformer that steps down to 200 V must
be installed separately.)
Take appropriate action immediately if an alarm occurs or one of the items above is incorrect.
