Configuring the IPX SAP
Protocol
The information and procedures provided in this chapter pertain to
layer 3 module configuration only. This chapter provides
information about the Internetwork Packet Exchange (IPX) Service
Advertising Protocol (SAP) and procedures for the following tasks:
Configuring IPX SAP Interfaces
Creating IPX SAP Filters
Interpreting IPX SAP Interface Statistics
You can configure IPX SAP using either the Web Agent or the CLI.
To configure the IPX SAP interfaces using the Web Agent:
1. Select Interfaces from the Routing > IPX > SAP group on
the Web Agent window. The IPX SAP Interfaces dialog box
opens (Figure 14-1). If no IPX interfaces are presently
configured then the "No Interfaces are currently configured"
message is displayed.
