Defines an index number for the new table record.
Note: Each table row must be configured with a unique index.
Defines a VLAN ID.
The valid value is 1 to 3999. The default value is 1.
Note: Each Ethernet Port Group must be configured with a
unique VLAN ID.
Assigns an Ethernet Port Group to the VLAN (mandatory field).
For configuring Ethernet Port Groups, see Configuring Ethernet
Port Groups on page 111.
Defines a name for the VLAN. This name is used to associate
the VLAN with an IP network interface in the Interface table
('Underlying Device' field - see ''Configuring IP Network
Interfaces'' on page 116) and/or with a static route in the Static
Route table ('Device Name' field - see ''Configuring Static IP
Routing'' on page 123).
By default, the device automatically assigns a name using the
following syntax: "dev <next available table row index>" (e.g.,
"dev 3").
