1.3 Configuring the NQA Server

Before performing TCP, UDP-echo or UDP-jitter tests, you need to configure the NQA
server on the peer device. The NQA server makes a response to the request originated
by the NQA client by listening to the specified destination address and port number.
Follow these steps to configure the NQA server:
