H3C S5500-EI Series Ethernet Switches
The source address specified with the tftp client source command is valid for all tftp
connections and the source address specified with the tftp command is valid only for
the current tftp connection.
Follow these steps to configure the TFTP client:
Enter system view
Reference an access
control list (ACL) to the
TFTP server
Configure the source
address of the TFTP client
Return to user view
Download or upload a file
in IPv4 network
Download or upload a file
in IPv6 network
Note:
If no primary IP address is configured on the source interface, TFTP connection
fails.
If you use the ftp client source command to first configure the source interface and
then the source IP address of the packets of the TFTP client, the new source IP
address will overwrite the current one, and vice versa.
