(12) Remove the fuel hose quick connect fitting
from the fuel line. Use an open end wrench to push
i n on the plastic r i n g located on the end of the fit-
ting. Gently p u l l the fitting from the fuel r a i l (Fig.
15).

(13) Remove intake manifold bolts. L i f t the front of
intake manifold and p u l l forward to remove.
(14) Cover intake manifold w i t h suitable cover
when servicing.

surface.
