Insert the XANTÉ Utilities CD-ROM. The XANTÉ Colour
ScreenWriter utilities window appears.

Click Continue. The Read Me window appears.

Read the welcome note; then, click Continue. The XInstall
window appears (fig. 3.1).

Select the desired type of installation by clicking the drop-
down menu arrows to the right of Easy Install (fig. 3.1). If you
select Easy Install, skip to step 6. If you select Custom Install,
continue to step 5.
Note: Use the XInstall window's drop-down menu Uninstall
option if you ever need to remove the utilities (fig.
3.1).
5.
Select the desired utilities installation options from the
following list; if necessary, change the installation destination
for the files in the Install Location box.
Note: Easy Install automatically installs all four installation
options. This is the default selection.
Installation options:
•
XANTÉ Utilities — installs XANTÉ Command Center,
Adobe Downloader, and support files.
