b. Command Center: Open Command Center and select
Graphics: Linearization. When the Color Printer
Linearization window appears (fig. 4.28), select the LPI,
resolution, and screen type (Spot Function) settings that
will be used for final output. Then, click Print
Calibration Page. A color calibration page prints.
2. Select the individual color(s) or All in the Linearization
Options box, depending on what color(s) will be used in the
final output.
3. Click Linearize in the Linearization window (fig. 4.28). A
Data Entry window for a selected color appears (fig. 4.29).
Note: Each color has its own Data Entry window. If you select
more than one color, windows appear in sequence,
allowing you to enter patch numbers for each color in its
corresponding box. For example, if you chose All in step
2, the black data entry window appears first. After you
enter the appropriate black patch numbers and click
Linearize Black, the data entry window for the next color
appears.
