Exporting User TRCs to CD-RW
To Export User TRCs to CD-RW:
1. Place a CD-R or CD-RW in the CD-RW Drive.
2. Restart DocuSP.
NOTE: This is necessary so that the DocuSP drop-down menus
will contain the choice "CD_RW 1."
3. Open Color Manager.
4. Select the User TRCs tab.
5. Within the list of User TRCs, select the TRCs you wish to
export.
6. Right-click on the group of TRCs you wish to export, and
select [Export...].
7. In the Export TRCs dialog, access the Directory option arrow
and select [CD-RW].
8. Select [OK].
9. The CD will eject when the operation is finished and a window
will open to say that the operation is completed. Click [OK] to
dispel this dialog.
The Spot Color Editor window displays a list of spot colors
recognized by the system. The list can display PANTONE®
Colors, Edited PANTONE® Colors and Custom User Colors. The
operator can view the properties of all colors, edit all colors and
delete custom colors. The user can print a "swatch book" of a set
of colors (i.e., PANTONE® Uncoated or PANTONE® Coated) or
print a proof of a color being edited.
Understanding the Spot Color Editor window
The Spot Color Editor contains several menus as well as lists that
enable the user to view spot color properties and edit spot colors.
The View menu: The View menu is a drop-box that enables
the user to set the Table to show one of the following choices:
All
PANTONE® Coated
PANTONE® Uncoated
Custom
Color Type (icon): A column that displays a tool tip (if
present) when the user passes the mouse pointer over the
graphic icon.
