Feature Access Button (FAB) descriptions and workflows

DocuSP Feature Access Buttons
(FABs)
DocuSP utilizes buttons, called Feature Access Buttons, to enable
you to set job properties.
Size/Color FAB
From the Size/Color FAB choose stock size and color options.
To use the Size/Color FAB:
1. Select a stock size from the Size pull-down menu. If you select
[Custom], select a unit of measure and enter height and width
values.
2. Select a stock color from the Color pull-down menu.
The paper mimic reflects your stock choices.
NOTE: Make certain that the stock options you select are
supported by the print system.
Type/Weight FAB
To use the Type/Weight FAB:
1. Select the Type/Weight FAB.
2. Select the stock type from the Type pull-down menu. Select
[Drilled] if the paper is pre-punched (pre-drilled). The stock
type options are:
• Plain
• Transparency
• Envelope
• Pre-Cut Tab
• Full-Cut Tab
• Pre-Printed materials
• Labels: When chosen you need to select the sequence
number of the label. The sequence is the number of
unique sheets within the ordered set before the set
repeats.
