The controller displays all pertinent information related to printer
operation and job status in the Printer Status and Control window.

In the event of a printer processing error, a warning indicator
shows as yellow and an alert or fault shows as red.
When a printer processing error occurs, the printer will fault and
display one or more messages in the Printer Status and Control
field on the DocuSP Print Services window.
A dynamic icon shows the printer configuration and it is located on
the top right corner of the GUI. If your printer configuration
contains more than one standard feeder and/or one finisher, a
module identifier reflects this configuration and is it shown below
the respective module. In the event of a fault, a fault icon will
display above the affected module. Moving the cursor over the
fault icon displays a tool-tip identifying the module and the fault
message. Clicking on a fault icon accesses the fault message
area.
The severity of a fault can be identified by the icon associated with
the fault message.
A red circle with a white "x" icon indicates a printer fault. The
printer has stopped or is stopping. This fault must be cleared
before printing can resume from the affected area.
An exclamation point (!) indicates a lower priority fault, such as
low dry ink.
A wrench indicates a severe problem. Contact the customer
support center.
A pyramid icon shows the status of each feeder or finisher.
NOTE: For a printer with an Attention Light, a flashing light
indicates a fault requiring immediate attention; a steady light
indicates a fault that can be cleared at a later time.
