displayed below the spin box.
Using this option enables you to unload the printer stacker to
remove the completed output prior to the stacker delivering the
output when it is full. This feature is available on printers with one
or more stackers.
Using the unload stacker feature enables you to open one of the
stackers to retrieve the completed output. This allows you to
check the output for completeness, and to validate that the
finishing and printing is correct during the print process.
To unload printers with multiple stackers:
1. Select [Unload Stacker...] from the Printer menu. The Unload
Stacker dialog window opens.
2. Select the stacker(s) you want to unload. If unloading will be
delayed, the Unload Pending dialog displays informing you of
the unloading status. This dialog closes automatically once
stacker unloading has occurred.
3. Select [OK]. Retrieve the output from the stacker.
The Sample Current Job feature enables you to verify how a job
will print or is printing. You can use this feature when releasing the
job set to the printer or while the job set is printing so you can
check to make sure the job will print or is printing as expected. A
single page prints so you can verify job settings. The printer must
be paused before this feature can be used.
NOTE: Sample Current Job is different from proofing a job. When
proofing a job, the entire job prints. When using Sample Current
Job, only a single page prints.
NOTE: Sample Current Job is not available to use while the
system is in Secure Mode.
This feature is especially useful for viewing the final output of a job
when releasing the job set to the printer or while the job set is
