The Paper Trays tab View and Toolbar menus
Managing Paper Trays

Save Settings: Allows you to save the current tray settings to
a file. The file you create can be accessed to restore the tray
settings that you programmed. You also can add, edit, delete,
and overwrite tray settings.
Load Settings: Allows you to reset all tray programming using
the saved tray settings file.
Select All: Highlights all jobs currently displayed in Job list.
Clear All: Deselects all jobs currently highlighted in the Job
list.
The View pull-down menu enables you to select the tray
properties, icons, and toolbars you want to display. The following
display options are available:
Columns...: You can choose which tray property headings
you want to view on the Paper Trays tab.
Show Toolbar: Selecting this option displays an assortment of
icons that correspond to frequently used Paper Tray features.
Hide Toolbar: This option, which is only available when the
toolbar is displayed, will toggle the display of the toolbar off.
Redisplay: Updates the paper tray list.
Toolbar icons: Used for accessing frequently used Paper
Tray options.
Many different functions can easily be performed to control the
operation of the paper trays.
Stock settings within a Dedicated tray can only be changed by a
Trusted User or Administrator. Fully Adjustable tray settings can
be changed by all users.
Paper Tray options
The Paper Trays tab allows you to manage the following
operations:
Access paper tray properties
Set stock properties
Enable/Disable a paper tray
Refill a tray
Load and program a stock
