How do I insert a range of pages before a specified page?
At this time, you may only insert special pages such as inserts, tab
stock, etc. into a document. A procedure of this type is covered
here: How do I add and program covers?
How do I add inserts to a 2-up or signature job?
At this time, you may not add inserts to a 2-up or signature job. All
page level programming should be done at the client workstation
prior to submission, and once submission is complete, you can
use the Job Properties: Output tab to set layout options, but there
is no option to place inserts in the signature or 2-up job. Therefore,
if you wish a specific kind of page to be included in the imposed
job, you will need to program that page at the client workstation.
How do I perform a multi-page crop?
At this time you cannot crop pages from a document. The
document must be edited at the client workstation and
resubmitted. This holds true for Print from File jobs; there is
currently no edit functionality for reprint jobs.
How do I add slip sheets?
To add slip sheets:
1. Open the Job Manager.
2. Double-click the job you wish to edit. The Job Properties
window opens.
3. Select the Output tab.
4. Select the Slip Sheets FAB.
5. To use Slip Sheets select [Enable]. The Slip Sheets Stock field
becomes active.
• Stock List: To select a stock currently loaded on the
printer, select [Stock List...], click the stock you want to use
and select [OK].
6. To Select a slip sheet stock perform the following:
– Select [Properties...]. Select a stock from the Name
