Using the Associations tab

Setting Color Group properties
To set Color Group properties:
1. Open Color Manager.
2. Select the Associations tab.
3. Right-click in the row whose properties you desire to set.
4. Select [Color Group: Properties...]. The Color Group
Properties dialog will display.
5. If desired, deselect the checkbox for "Set As Default Color
Group."
6. Select [Assign Profile Family...]. The Assign Profile dialog
opens.
7. Select a profile from the menu.
8. Select [OK]. The current profile family name updates. The
assigned stocks and calibration dates lists are displayed in
read only mode.
9. Select [OK]. A Question dialog appears.
10. If the settings you made are appropriate, select [Yes]. The
Color Group will be updated.
Creating a new Color Group
To create a new Color Group:
1. Open Color Manager.
2. Select the Associations tab.
3. Select the [New Color Group...] button. The New Color Group
dialog appears.
4. Select [Assign Profile Family...]. The Assign Profile dialog
opens.
5. Select a profile family from the list.
6. Select [OK]. The dialog closes and the Current Profile Family
name updates.
7. Select [Add Group].
8. Select [OK] if a message box pops up.
9. Select [Close]. The new Color Group is added to the
Associations list.
