The Banner Page is a break page that prints at the
beginning of each job. Banner Pages can be set
independently as default or override.

The Error Page is a page that prints for each job when the
Error Page option is enabled. An Error Page can be set
independently as default.

The Attributes Report presents a summary of job settings.
NOTE: Administrative Pages controls for Banner Page and Error
Page default paper stock, Site Message, and font settings can be
accessed through the Printer Menu > Switches option. See
Setting Administrative Pages properties for additional information.
To use administrative pages:
1. Open Queue Manager.
2. Double-click a queue to open the Queue Properties dialog.
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. Current Administrative Pages information is presented on the
Administrative Pages FAB. Designations followed by a "!"
indicate that the queue setting is set to Override. Select the
Administrative Pages FAB.
NOTE: Selecting [Override] will make each setting take
precedence over any property selections made in the Job
Manager or programmed into the job. As an example, if you want
to print a Banner Page and/or an Attributes Report on a particular
queue, include the [Override] selection.
5. To enable Administrative Pages, select the checkbox next to
each option. You can select one or more of the following:

Print Banner Page: The Banner Page provides the
following information:

Job name: The file name of the job.

Job sender: The name of the person who sent the job.
This field cannot be edited.

Job recipient: The name of the person who will receive
the job. If you don't know the name, you may enter a
recipient location.

Banner page message: Information you want to be
printed on the banner page.

Printing date and time
–
Number of copies: The number of job copies that were
printed.

Product name and current software version level
–
Account number: Can be a number used for billing
purposes.
The Banner Page prints at the beginning of the job.
