To load saved tray settings:
1. Open Printer Manager.
2. Select the Paper Trays tab.
3. Select a tray and perform one of the following:
Right-click and select [Load Settings...].
Select [Load Settings...] from the Tray menu.
4. From the Settings list, select the tray settings you want to load.
The tray comment field displays information about the tray.
5. Select [Use Stocks Already Loaded in Trays], if you want to
use the stocks that are currently in the tray even though the
stocks are different from those programmed for the tray.
6. Select [OK] to load the tray settings. If the system detects a
conflict with any programming, you are notified about the
problem and how to make the necessary adjustments.
NOTE: Tray settings can be backed up on one system and then
restored on another system. See Backing up and restoring the
system and configuration files and Save Tray Settings caveats
and limitations for additional information.
The Stock Library tab enables you to define attributes for a stock
(such as size, color, type, and weight) and assign a name to
identify the stock and its associated attributes. The standard stock
names Main, Aux, and Auto are also available.
Once a stock type has been defined, named, and saved as a new
stock, it can be easily referenced from the Stock List, which is
accessible from many different locations in the DocuSP software.
A named stock can be quickly selected and used as a paper tray
programming accelerator.
You can perform the following tasks from the Stock Library tab:
Adding a new stock
Edit a stock entry
Copying a stock entry
Deleting a stock entry
Assigning a stock to a paper tray
Removing a stock from assigned trays
Hiding and showing stock entries
Importing stock settings
