export policy. The checkbox is labelled "Include Profile Data."
6. Select [OK]. The stock will export.
7. After the export is complete, select [OK] from the dialog that
pops up.
Importing a Color Group
To import a Color Group:
1. Open Color Manager.
2. Select the Associations tab.
3. Right-click on the desired Color Group. Select [Color Group:
Import Groups...]. The Import Groups dialog opens.
4. In the directory locate the desired group to import.
5. Select the specific group from the Files list.
6. Under import options:
a. select or deselect the checkbox for "Associated Color
Groups."
b. If the checkbox is selected, choose whether the GUI will
ask first before importing or will simply replace existing
Color Groups.
7. Select [Import]. The import action will occur.
8. Select [OK].
9. Select [Close].
Restoring Color Group defaults
To restore Color Group defaults:
1. Open Color Manager.
2. Select the Associations tab.
3. Right-click on a Color Group. Select [Color Group: Restore
Profile Defaults].
4. A question will appear saying "Pre-installed profile families will
be restored for all of the Pre-installed Color Groups. Are you
sure you want to restore defaults?"
5. Select [Yes] to perform the action. The original profiles for all
pre-installed profile families will be restored.
Calibrating the printer
To calibrate the printer:
1. Open Color Manager.
2. Select the Associations tab.
3. Select a Color Group that currently has associated stocks
