– Server and queue name
• Error Page: The Error Page includes:
– Sender name: The name of the person who sent the
job. This field cannot be edited.
– Job name
– Errors or warnings generated as the document is being
processed;
If there are no errors or warnings, no message is
printed.
– Product name and current software version
– Job ID: The job identification set at the controller.
To change the Banner Page and Error Page stock settings:
1. Select [Switches...] from the DocuSP Printer menu.
NOTE: Only the System Administrator can make changes in the
Administrative Pages Settings dialog, with the exception of
selecting the Default Paper Stock.
2. Select [Properties....]. The Default Paper Stock (Administrative
Pages) dialog window opens. Selecting a paper stock color
that is different from the standard stock used for print jobs
helps to identify job boundaries. Available stock options
depend on your printer configuration.
a. Select stock options by doing one of the following:
• You can choose stocks that are currently programed on
the printer by selecting [Stock List...], selecting a stock,
and clicking [OK].
• You can select a stock from the Name pull-down menu or
select a stock from the Size pull-down menu located within
the Size/Color FAB.
– If you choose [Custom] you can select color and unit
options and set width and height values.
– Or, you can use the Size/Color FAB, Type/Weight FAB,
and Coating FAB to set custom stock properties.
NOTE: Make sure the stock options you select are
supported by the system.
b. Select [OK].
3. Selecting [Override] will make stock settings take precedence
over any property selections made in the Job Manager or
programmed into the job.
4. The Site Message field allows you to enter a message and
specify the font size for the message that prints on all of the
Banner Pages. The message can be a printer identifier, a
location, or a software level.
5. You can also specify the font size for the sender name. The
available font sizes are displayed below the spin box.
