b. Type the name of the path to the server from the client in
the To text field. Traditionally, these two fields should
contain the same information.
NOTE: As an alternative, you can use the [Browse...] feature
to find the paths.
c. Select [OK]. You are returned to the OPI Configuration
window.
3. If desired, you can set the OPI Search Path. Using this
feature, DocuSP automatically searches an archive of images
when an OPI image is sent to the system.
a. Under Search Path, select [Add...].
b. Within the Add Search Path window, type the name of the
search path in the text field. Alternatively, you may click
[Browse...] and search for the desired path using the
directory browser tool.
c. Select [OK]. You are returned to the OPI Configuration
window.
4. When all the desired settings are made, select [OK]. Your
settings are saved.
The Feature Licenses utility is typically used by the Xerox Service
Representative at installation.
The License Manager window displays a selection of features
such as Diagnostics, Decomposers and Gateways. To enable
these features a license string is required. License strings are
either provided by or purchased from Xerox.
Viewing license manager
To view the license manager:
1. Select [Feature Licenses...] from the Setup menu. The
following information is presented:
• Name of the license: Licenses are listed alphabetically.
The number of features contained within a license package
is shown in parentheses after the license package name.
Click the icon to the left of the package name to expand or
collapse the view of the license package.
• Type of license:
– Package: Contains the entire license package which
may also contain features.
– Feature: DocuSP supports the bundling of features
into a package for licensing purposes. All the features
