b. Right-click the user and select [Delete].
c. Click [OK]. The account is removed form the user list.
Group Authorizations
The System Administrator can enable account groups to access
diagnostics and/or job management areas.
To set group authorizations:
1. From the Setup menu select [Users & Groups...].
2. Select the Group Authorizations tab. You can filter the groups
that display by selecting a group from the Group Filter pull-
down menu.
3. Right-click a group and service and select from:
•
Enable: allows access to the displayed service
•
Disable: does not permit access to the displayed service.
The change is immediately reflected.
4. Click [OK] to exit the dialog window.
Viewing ADS Group information
To view ADS group information:
1. From the Setup menu select [Users & Groups...].
2. Select the ADS Groups tab to view the following fields:
•
ADS Group Map to Administrators
•
ADS Group Map to Operators
•
ADS Group Map to Users
•
Status
3. Click [OK] to exit the dialog window.
