9. Select [OK].
Within Color Manager, you will find a tab entitled "User TRCs."
This tab enables you to view all custom Tonal Reproduction
Curves (TRCs), create new TRCs, and view, edit, copy, and delete
existing TRCs. The table listing of TRCs can be sorted by either
name or the file modified date by clicking the column heading.
User Tonal Reproduction Curves (TRCs)
Users can create Tonal Reproduction Curves to achieve desired,
repeatable results from specified paper stocks. The User TRC is a
graphical representation of 4 curves, one each for Cyan, Magenta,
Yellow, and Black.
User TRCs can be applied on a Queue, Job, and Page basis. In
other words, User TRCs can be chosen within Queue Manager or
Job Manager. Within Job Manager, the desired User TRC can be
applied to all pages within a job or to specified pages within the
job. However, User TRCs are created within the DocuSP Color
Manager.
TRCs that have been created or edited on the controller and are
saved on the controller are designated "Public" TRCs, and can be
exported, if desired, to other DocuColor controllers.
User TRCs are applied to a job after it is ripped. Therefore, reprint
jobs can be printed using specific TRCs that are independent of
the job.
User TRC menus
Selection of the User TRCs tab within Color Manager will display a
list of available public TRCs.
Within the TRC menu, which appears when you right-click on a
TRC in the User TRC tab, or alternatively by accessing a pull
down menu, are the following selections:
Edit...: The selected TRC can be edited using this selection.
Copy...: The selected TRC can be copied to another location
