Using the Administration menu
Managing accounting

Administration
The Administration module allows you to manage accounting and
billing functions, and fonts and security.
NOTE: Billing is only applicable to the monochrome products.
The Administration menu allows you to perform the following
tasks:
• Managing accounting: The Accounting feature tracks all jobs
that have been processed and printed, enabling your site to
charge for use of the Xerox printing system.
– Viewing the accounting log
– Using account logging, Automatic Export/Purge, and
Remote Purge
– Printing the Accounting Log
– Purging the Accounting Log
– Exporting the Accounting Log
• Managing Fonts: The DocuSP controller provides a variety of
PostScript and PCL fonts. It supports the PCL command set
on the printer using PCL 5e.
NOTE: If you do not have a valid PostScript license, the
system will not contain PostScript fonts.
– Viewing fonts on the controller
– Printing a list of PostScript and PCL resident fonts
– Loading additional fonts on the controller
The Accounting feature tracks all jobs that have been processed

Viewing the accounting log
The accounting log provides a detailed record for each job. You
can view the entire log or specific records.
