Administration
The Administration module allows you to manage accounting and
billing functions, and fonts and security.
NOTE: Billing is only applicable to the monochrome products.
The Administration menu allows you to perform the following
tasks:

Managing accounting: The Accounting feature tracks all jobs
that have been processed and printed, enabling your site to
charge for use of the Xerox printing system.

Using account logging, Automatic Export/Purge, and
Remote Purge

Managing Fonts: The DocuSP controller provides a variety of
PostScript and PCL fonts. It supports the PCL command set
on the printer using PCL 5e.
NOTE: If you do not have a valid PostScript license, the
system will not contain PostScript fonts.
