NOTE: Billing is only applicable to the monochrome
products.
Job ID: The job identification set at the controller.
Server and queue name
Print Error Page: The Error Page includes:
Sender name: The name of the person who sent the
job. This field cannot be edited.
Job name: The file name of the job.
Errors or warnings generated as the document is being
processed.
The Error Page prints immediately after the job.
NOTE: If there are no errors or warnings, no message is
printed.
Product name and current software version
Job ID: The job identification set at the controller.
Print Attributes Report: The Attributes Report presents a
summary of selected job settings, especially those that
pertain to job identification, stock, output and image quality
that originate from queue settings and job programming.
Any Queue Property override settings take precedence
over all other property settings. This report prints
immediately after the job.
NOTE: Differences in settings between queue and job
programming are resolved via the DocuSP precedence model.
The resolved attributes are used for printing the report.
NOTE: Any attributes that are embedded in the file to be
printed are not represented in the report.
NOTE: When a queue is created or upgraded, the Print
Attributes Report is set to [Enabled] on color printers and
[Disabled] on monochrome printers.
6. You can then apply Administrative Page settings to one or
more queues. Click a single queue, or to select more than one
queue perform one of the following:
To select individual queues, press and hold down the
<CTRL> (Control) key and select each individual queue.
To select multiple queues that are adjacent to one another,
press and hold down the <SHIFT> key and select the first
and last queue names you want to access. This highlights
the first and last queue name lines and all lines in between.
7. Right-click within your selection and select [Administrative
Pages Control...] and select from the following:
