NOTE: If you do not have a valid PostScript license on the
system, you will not see PostScript in the list of format options.
5. Double-click the job.
6. Enter the number of jobs you want to print in the Quantity field.
7. If desired, change the job name.
8. If desired, select a different queue using the Queue menu.
9. If desired, make job property adjustments and then select
[Print].
10. The Information dialog window displays which job was
submitted. Click [OK] to exit the dialog window.The job is
placed in Job Manager where it can be accessed to view job
progress or change job properties.
11. Click [Close] to exit the Properties dialog window.
.How do I interrupt a job to print another job?
To interrupt a job that is currently printing to print another job:
1. Open the Job Manager
2. Right-click on the job you wish to print immediately.
3. Select [Print Now] from the context menu. The job will start to
RIP and will interrupt the currently-printing job.
NOTE: You must be logged in as an Administrator or Operator
to perform this task.
How do I prioritize/promote a job?
Prioritizing a job is the same operation as promoting it. You can
promote a job in the print queue up to the top unless there are jobs
printing or RIPping. In this case, the job can be promoted up to
just below/after the currently-printing/RIPping jobs.
To promote a job:
1. Open the Job Manager
2. Right-click on the job you wish to promote.
3. Select [Promote] from the context menu. The job will move up
one position in the queue.
4. Continue selecting [Promote] until the job assumes the next-
to-print position in the queue.
NOTE: You must be logged in as an Administrator or Operator
to perform this task.
How do I set up First In First Out (FIFO) printing?
1. Select [System Preferences...] from the Setup menu.
2. Select the Job Processing tab:
