a. Peripherals: displays information on any installed
peripherals. Right-click a listed peripheral and select from:
Format/Initialize...
Enter a Volume Label.
Select a Format Type.
Select [OK].
Erase...: Select from [All Sessions] or [Last Session],
then select [OK].
Eject/Unload
Rename...: Enter a new name, then select [OK]. The
new name displays in the Name field.
Rewind
Setup... (for CD drive): See Setting up the CD Drive for
more information.
Redisplay: Refreshes peripheral list contents.
b. General: The General tab displays the following
information about the printing system:
Processor: Displays the central processing units
(CPUs) installed in the DocuSP controller.
Disk Units: Displays the make, model, and size of the
internal hard disk drives of the DocuSP controller.
Physical Memory Size: Displays the size, in
megabytes, of the internal memory installed in the
DocuSP controller.
Operating System: Displays the type of operating
system software installed on the controller.
Version: Displays the version number of the operating
system software.
c. Printer: The Printer tab displays the following information
about the printing system:
Controller Name: Displays the name of the system.
The name is determined prior to installation and is
entered when the DocuSP software is installed.
Printer Name: Displays the model of the attached
printer.
Controller Serial Number: Displays the serial number
of the DocuSP controller workstation.
Spool Size: Displays the size, in megabytes, of the
disk partition reserved for the OutQ. The OutQ space is
used to store job information after the job has been
decomposed and before the job is sent to the printer.
Installed Printer Hardware: Displays the options
