Status and Remedy for Alarm
When the main circuit's
power supply is turned ON.
One phase (L1, L2, or L3) of the main

circuit power supply is disconnected.
There is one phase where the line

voltage is low.

Servo amplifier defective.
Note: A and B tend to occur in a servo amplifier with a capacity of 500W or higher.

• Check power supply.
• Check wiring of the main circuit
power supply.
• Check MCCB, noise filter, mag-
netic contactor.
Check power supply.
Replace servo amplifier.
