Solution
Check wiring and connectors at
encoder.
Increase speed loop gain (Pn100)
and position loop gain (Pn102).
Reduce load torque or inertia. If prob-
lem persists, replace with a larger
capacity motor.
•Increase or decrease reference
pulse frequency.
•Add smoothing function.
•Correct electronic gear ratio.
Replace servo amplifier.
