[bits 2, 1, 0] WTC2, WTC1, WTC0
WTC2, WTC1, and WTC0 set the interval of watch timer. The setting of interval is given in Table 9-4.
Resets initialize these bits to 000. These bits can be both read and written.
When writing these bits, clear bit 4 (WT0F) concurrently.
*: The interval time is the value when the sub-clock is 32.768 kHz.
