. Take out SPRINGS.

Disconnect the VACUUM SOLENOID CONNECTOR.

. Disconnect the GROUND WIRE at the ROLLER MOTOR.

. Disconnect the CONNECTORS of both CARRIAGE POSITION SENSORS.

. Disconnect the CONNECTOR of the SENSOR VACUUM OFF.
Note
Do not lose the SPACER of the PRESSURE ROLLER SHAFT located on the ROLLER
MOTOR side.

. Carefully lift out the CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY.
FUNCTION TEST

. Check that the WIRE TIES are at the correct position. Use the marks from step 4 as
reference.

. Check that the CONVEYOR is seated properly. It must be as far as possible to the
front (e.g. to the INPUT FLAP).

. Run a TEST CYCLE.

. Check that the FILM is picked up from the CASSETTE.
5
. Check that the FILM is transported correctly into the FILM CHUTE.
6
. Use various FILM SIZES.
