3. Remove the right exhaust manifold bolts from the
right cylinder head.
4. Remove the right exhaust manifold nuts from the
studs in the right cylinder head.
5. Remove the right exhaust manifold.
6. Remove and discard the right exhaust manifold
gasket.
7. Remove the studs from the right cylinder head.
8. Remove the right knock sensor heat shield bolts.
