Set IP address, Subnet Mask and Gateway

When the DHCP is set to [OFF], Set IP address, subnet mask and gateway.
When the DHCP is set to [ON], IP address, subnet mask and gateway obtained from the DHCP server are
displayed.

MENU screen is displayed.
