Setting the Tool Offset Adjust
The Tool Offset Adjust is a function to correct displacement between the Tool Holder 1 and the Tool Holder 2.
First, plot (cut) a crosshair (the reference line) with the tool that set to the Tool Holder 2, then plot (cut) another
crosshair with the tool that set to the Tool Holder 1. Perform the adjustment by inputting the gap value.
You can set the range between -2.0 and +2.0 mm in 0.1 mm increments.
Operation

Load the media.

Set the tool to the Tool Holder 1 and Tool Holder 2.
Set the tool condition according to the tool used.

Press the [PAUSE/MENU] key.
MENU screen is displayed.

Press the [1] key (TOOL).
TOOLS SETTING screen (1/4) is displayed.

Press the [2] key (TOOL OFFSET ADJ).
TOOL OFFSET ADJ.setting screen is displayed.
