Confirm that the pen tool is set.

Confirm that moving parts of tool and media are safely
operated.

Press the [1] key (DONE).
Plotting of the test pattern starts.

Turn the power off to stop the printing.
Do not place your hand around the moving
areas. The tool carriage will start moving, so
there is a chance of injury.
Supplement
It will return to TEST menu screen without
printing when you press the [2] key (CANCEL
SELF TEST).

It will keep on printing until the power is
turned off once the printing is started by
pressing the [1] key (DONE).
