Adjust the Blade Length (Blade Length Adjustment by the cutting plotter)
Test cutting must be performed several times in order to confirm the optimal blade length setting. However, if the
blade length adjustment function is used, the optimal length can be easily set.
Supplement
•
In the case of the less than 1 mm adjustment , please use the supplied magnifier.
•
The measured height is a guideline only. After attempting to cut the actual media, please adjust blade length accurately.
Operation

Load the media for test cutting in the cutting plotter.

Press the POSITION (
carriage to the location you wish to perform the blade length
adjustment.

Press the [COND/TEST] key in the default screen.
CONDITION screen (1/4) is displayed.

Press the POSITION ( ) key twice.
CONDITION screen (3/4) is displayed.

Press the [4] key (BLADE ADJUST).
Message prompting to turn the blade length adjustment knob is
displayed.

It will return to CONDITION screen by
pressing the [ESC] key (CANCEL).
