3.5.3.8.4 CALCulate2:TRANsform:AMETer:RANGe:OFFSet:VALue command/query

It sets/ reads the offset value in the manual mode of arc scale meter display.
Command syntax
:CALCulate2:TRANsform:AMETer:RANGe:OFFSet:VALue {<offset_data>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

<range> is the range setting value of analog meter display.
This command makes setting after conversion into DIV unit. Therefore, the value is rounded to the
integer time of the range setting value of the analog meter.
The value out of the range is rounded to the maximum or minimum value and the execution error
occurs.
The range mode of arc scale meter display is automatically set to MANUAL.
Query syntax
:CALCulate2:TRANsform:AMETer:RANGe:OFFSet:VALue? [{MIN|MAX}]
Response message <offset_data>
<offset_data> is <NR3 numeric value response data> format.
If the range mode is set to the other than MANUAL, the execution error occurs and 9.91E+37 is
returned.
