3.5.8.6.6 [SENSe]:RESistance:RANGe[:UPPer] command/query

This sets and reads out the range of 2WΩ measurement.
Command syntax

This allows unit "OHM".
Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
Numerical number other than the specified value is rounded up in larger number. It does not
become execution error.
The auto range setting of 2WΩ measurement is automatically set to OFF.
If this command is executed during trigger waiting status or measurement, none is done and the
execution error occurs.

[:SENSe]:RESistance:RANGe[:UPPer]? [{MIN|MAX}]
Response message <range>
<range> is <NR3 numerical response data> format.
A current range set value returns when parameter is not available.
