It sets/ reads the range mode in analog meter display.

CALCulate2:TRANsform:METEr:RANGe[:UPPer] command/query
This sets and reads out the range in the manual mode of analog meter display.
Command syntax
:CALCulate2:TRANsform:METEr:RANGe[:UPPer] {<range_data>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
The numerical number other than specified one is set by rounding up in upper side number of the
specified numerical number.
The range mode of the analog meter display is set to MANUAL automatically.
Query syntax
:CALCulate2:TRANsform:METEr:RANGe[:UPPer]? [{MIN|MAX}]
Response message <range_data>
<range_data> is <NR3 numeral response data> format.
When the range mode has been set to exception of MANUAL, it becomes execution error and
returns 9.91E 37.
