MEASure subsystem
This performs basic setting of the specified measuring function, starts measuring immediately and
returns the measured result after measurement completion. The setting cannot be changed before
measurement.
The basic setting is common to CONFigure command. Please refer to it for details.
:MEASure:<function>? send is the same as the send of READ? after CONFigure:<function> send.

Since the parameter of each measuring function is common to CONFigure subsystem, refer to it.
If :MEASure:<function>? query is executed in trigger waiting status or measurement, execution
error occurs and response is not returned.
Response message <meas_data>
<meas_data> is <NR3 numerical response data> format.
Remark
:MEASure:TEMPerature? command is effective only for VOAC7602, and becomes a command
error for VOAC7502.
