Route command

This paragraph explains commands that do not belong to the subsystem.
3.5.2.1

ABORt command

Transit measuring status of this instrument to measuring stop status.
If measurement waits for trigger or is being done, measurement is stopped.
Command syntax
:ABORt
3.5.2.2

INITiate[:IMMediate] command

If the log mode is NORMAL
Transit measuring status of this instrument from measuring stop status to trigger wait status.
After the trigger event occurs for specified times, this instrument returns to measuring stop status.
For status transit by the trigger event, refer to "3.5.4 TRIGger subsystem" .
If the log mode is BULK
Transit measuring status of this instrument from measuring stop status to bulk log execution
status.
In bulk log execution status, sampling and recording on the log data are continuously done. After
the data for the specified post-reading times is recorded after detecting stop event, this instrument
returns to measuring stop satatus. However, if the stop event is NONE, this instrument does not
move to the measurement stop status until ABORted. When LIMIT calculation is OFF and when
this command is executed after the stop event is set LIMIT, the execution error occurs.
Command syntax
:INITiate[:IMMediate]
After this command is sent and the trigger condition is fulfilled, measurement is started.
If it is already trigger wait status or being measured, execution becomes error without doing
anything.
Remark
INITiate command clears the log data recorded until then.
