3.5.2.5 R? query

The measured data of assigned quantity is read out from the forefront (the oldest data) of LOG data.
The read measurement data is deleted from the LOG data.
The attribute information of time stamp, etc. is appended on the measured data.
Query syntax
:R? [<max_count>]
In case number of measured data in LOG data does not fulfill <max_count> and parameter is not
specified, all the measured data is returned.
If LOG data is empty, response message is not returned; resulting in execution error.
If LOG mode is NORMAL, the query can be executed regardless of measuring status. At that time,
this query does not wait for measuring completion (not done by :FETCH? qurery).
If this query is executed in measurement when LOG mode is BULK, response message is not
returned; resulting in execution error.
