CALCulate2:TRANsform:METEr:RANGe:OFFSet[:DIV] command/query

This sets and reads out the offset value in the manual mode of analog meter display.
Command syntax
:CALCulate2:TRANsform:METEr:RANGe:OFFSet[:DIV] {<offset_div>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
The range mode of the analog meter display is set to MANUAL automatically.
Query syntax
:CALCulate2:TRANsform:METEr:RANGe:OFFSet[:DIV]? [{MIN|MAX}]
Response message <offset_div>
<offset_div> is <NR1 numeral response data> format.
When the range mode has been set to exception of MANUAL, it becomes execution error and
returns 9.91E  37.
