CALCulate2:TRANsform:HISTogram:RANGe:BWIDth query
This reads out bin width (width of one bin) in the histogram display.
The bin width of histogram is "whole width / number of bins".
Query syntax
: CALCulate2:TRANsform:HISTogram:RANGe:BWIDth?
Response message <bin_width>
<bin_width> is <NR3 numerical response data> format.
Regardless of the range mode, the bin width of the current histogram display is returned.
3.5.3.6.9 CALCulate2:TRANsform:HISTogram:RANGe:SPAN command/query
This sets and reads out the whole width of the histogram display.
The range of histogram is "center value +/- whole width".
Command syntax
:CALCulate2:TRANsform:HISTogram:RANGe:SPAN {< range_span>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
The value other than specified value is rounded up to large one. No execution error occurs.
The range mode of histogram is automatically set to MANUAL.

Response message <range_data>
<range_data> is <NR3 numerical response data> format.
Regardless of the range mode, the whole width of the current histogram display is returned.
