[SENSe]:VOLTage:AC:APERture command/query

The sampling rate of ACV measurement is set and read out with the time.
Command syntax

The setting range differs by the power supply frequency.
This allows unit "S".
For the correspondence to sampling rate, please refer to the correspondence table in the
beginning of SENSe subsystem.
Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
Numerical number other than the specified value is rounded up in larger number. It does not
become execution error.
When the bandwidth setting of ACV is MID(20Hz～), it is fixed to default value.
If this command is executed during trigger waiting status or measurement, none is done and the
execution error occurs.

Response message <time>
<time> is <NR3 numerical response data> format.
