3.7.9 Response message of measurement result

Hereafter, the response messages of three kinds of queries which return the measurement result
are explained.
1. :MAIN:DATA?
2. :MAIN:MEAS?
3. :RCLL:DATA?
There are two kinds of format in the response messages of the measurement result; a long format
that has the measurement value with attribute information on the measurement condition etc.and a
short format that has the measurement value with only measurement result. DFMT command
selects one format from among these formats, and returns.
In any case, one measurement result is return for the call of one time of the query.

3.7.9.1 Short format

The measurement value is returned by <NR3 numerical response data> format.

3.7.9.2 Long format

The measurement value is returned by character-string data to which the following items are
delimited by comma ( ' ).
- Measurement function (Refer to Table 3.1.)
- Error / Calculation information (Refer to Table 3.2 and Table 3.3.)
- Statistical calculation data type (Refer to Table 3.4.)
- The measurement value of <NR3 numerical response data> format
- Time stamp (The value in which elapsed time from power supply turning on was counted at
10ms period)
